No 1. Polished Concrete

Polished concrete is a marvellous choice for flooring. It’s stylish, hard wearing & a breeze to clean.  A vast array of finishes can be achieved depending on the mix of colour & aggregate. From the sleek look of salt & pepper where only the top layer of the concrete is polished & no aggregate is exposed, through to half exposure then to full exposure which reveals all the beauty of the chosen aggregate mix.

No 2. Engineered Timber Flooring

Engineered timber flooring is a thin layer of timber bonded to a high density substrate. Its fast & clean to install. I’m a fan of Royal Oak Floors who’s sumptuous range includes a rich mink grey & a sleek danish white. All available in a range of board sizes.

It’s incredibly simple to install, budget friendly, easy under foot &  eco conscious given that its 100% recyclable.

5. Encaustic Tiles

Encaustic tiles are ceramic or concrete tiles in which the pattern is not a product of the glaze but of the different colours of clay or cement. The decorative possibilities are endless with these stunning colourful tiles be they traditional or contemporary designs, richly patterned or geometric schemed.
