About Kylie Sargent - Interior Designer

Growing up on the Surf Coast, Kylie began her apprenticeship well over twenty years ago in her father’s business, award-winning Torquay designer and builder Ron Dennehy. There she learnt the foundations of design and building. Kylie continued to add layers of broad and niche industry experience to her extensive repertoire of skills. Having studied both Interior Design & Building + Construction. In 2019 she qualified as a Registered Building Practitioner, obtaining her Project Management Builders Licence. What sets Kylie apart is her understanding of construction & interior design principles alike.

Kylie loves to help people with interior design, from the simply selection of stunning fitting & fixtures to accompanying them through an entire project. With literally decades of interior design & building industry experience, Kylie can connect her clients with the region’s best building professionals & highly skilled tradespeople plus manage the process from start to finish if required.
