A dull coastal holiday cottage was transformed into a welcoming weekend or long stay getaway home.

My clients asked that their dreary 1990’s holiday cottage be made bright & welcoming, fun yet practical. This was achieved by replacing the drab carpets & terracotta tiling with Kardean© LooseLay Vinyl Planks in Pearl Oak, painting the creamy walls & yellowing timber in Dulux® Whisper White & by changing all the tapware, light fittings & door furniture to matt black. The kitchen & bathroom were also completely refigured to offer better use of space & further storage. We added a sliding door to the living room to create a better access to the deck & changed the fire to a more attractive & far more efficient freestanding Escea© model.
