This home was originally built by my Father Ron Dennehy in the mid 90’s & whilst it had stood the test of time it was ready for a facelift.

My clients loved their home still but wanted a fresh coastal / urban look . This was achieved by renovating & reconfiguring the kitchen & wet areas, extending & refinishing the hardwood floors, painting, replacing the carpet with loop pile wool & installing sheer linen look drapes.
