Never under estimate the power of paint!
 The majority of this dramatic Torquay home transformation was achieved just by painting. Inside the exposed brickwork (with the exception of the formal dinning room) was simply painted out in Dulux natural white. The trusses, window frames & doors were then highlighted in black. Smaller tweaks included replacing the door furniture with matt black lever sets, replacing carpet in the minor bedroom wings, updating the window coverings & adding feature light fittings. Outside the exterior timber was painted in Monument & the landscaping was reimagined.
